  Can PRONOTE be used to organize elections for parents and board members?

PRONOTE's voting module guarantees the secrecy of participants' votes, the monitoring of votes by the institution's staff and the integrity of the ballot. It has been used by institutions in France and abroad since 2019.

However, this module is no longer compliant with the French Ministry of Education and Youth Decree of July 02, 2024 on the conditions for postal and electronic voting for the election of parents' representatives to the Administrative Board of public secondary schools under the authority of the Ministry of Education and Youth.

A new voting module is in preparation for the start of the 2025-2026 academic year, and will comply with this decree.
