Organize voting
In 2025,a new module Parent elections in accordance with the decree of July 2, 2024, of the Ministry of National Education and Youth is available for the election of the representatives of the parents of students, for the hosted institutions.
The PRONOTE Votes module can be used for any other operation and guarantees the secrecy of participants' votes, the monitoring of votes by the staff of the institution and the sincerity of the vote.

- Go to the display Communication > Votes >
Votes. - Click on Create a vote and select the concerned resources.
- In the pop-up window, enter a designation and a message addressed to voters.
- Designate candidates (either individually or by combining them into lists) and indicate the number of candidates or lists that can be selected.
- Click on the button
to select the voters. - Move to position Open the ballot and define the voting period: voters will receive a message informing them of the election on their home page X days (to be defined) beforehand.
- Click on Validate.
Consult the voting results
- Go to the display Communication > Votes > Votes.
- Select the election on the left.
- On the right, select the tab Returns to see the users who voted and the voting results after the voting period.
