  • Create a vote

  1. Go to the display Communication > Votes > Votes.
  2. Click on Create a vote and select the concerned resources.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter a designation and a message addressed to voters.



  4. Designate candidates (either individually or by combining them into lists) and indicate the number of candidates or lists that can be selected.



  5. Click on the button to select the voters.
  6. Move to position Open the ballot and define the voting period: voters will receive a message informing them of the election on their home page X days (to be defined) beforehand.



  7. Click on Validate.
