  • Enter an incident

The incident form is used to enter all data relating to an incident. Punishments entered in this form are then shown in the dedicated displays. Some features are subject to authorization.

  1. Go to the display Disciplinary procedures > Incidents.
  2. Click on Report a new incident: a window opens.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the date and time of the incident, tick the motive (the motives displayed with the icon dossier rouge  automatically result in the creation of a Student Administration folder) and then validate.



  4. In the right-hand panel, click on Add a protagonist (perpetrator, victim or witness).



  5. For each author, enter a punishment by clicking in the column Action to be taken - if no punishments or sanctions are to be applied as a result of this incident, click in the column Action to be taken > N (for No).


    If the incident is to result in a sanction, select the option Pending decision. Sanctions are only assigned from the Client by authorized personnel (Principal, Vice-principal, PEC....).
  6. For each perpetrator, tick: 
    • the column  to have the folder published in the school folders on the Parents Webspace,
    • the column  for the incident to appear in the Student Administration summary on the Parents Webspace.
  7. Specify the circumstances of the incident.



  8. Click on the button  at the top right of the screen to save your entry.
