Notify the parents of a punishment
- Go to the display Disciplinary procedures > Punishments.
- Select the class, then the student from the drop-down menus at top left.
- Tick the column
: the punishment will be published in the Student Administration summary on the Parents Webspace, visible from the homepage.
You can also choose to postpone the date of publication of the punishment on the Parents Webspace: in the form on the right of the screen, click on the calendar under the rubric Notify the guardians, then choose the option Publish tomorrow, or Publish on (.../.../...) specifying the publication date.
- Click on the button
at the top right of the screen to save your entry.
