  • Webspace, Client PRONOTE, mobile application: what are the differences?

As a Student Administration staff member, you can access PRONOTE in three ways:
  • via the Student Administration Webspace, accessible by connecting to the Internet,
  • via the Student Administration mode of Client PRONOTE, a software installed on your workstation,
  • via the mobile application, installed on your smartphone.

While many features are common to all three interfaces, some are only accessible from the Student Administration Webspace and/or the Client.

For example:

Features only available from the Client
  • Consult the non-taken roll calls
  • Send predefined letters
  • Manage meal preparation tallies
  • Manage documents provided by parents...

Features only available from the Student Administration Webspace

  • Send e-mails to the institution
  • Download the Client PRONOTE...

For a more detailed list of the available features on each of the three interfaces, log on to the Client in Student Administration mode. In the display Resources > My data >  My authorization profile, the column Avail. in informs you of the features available on the Client and/or Student Administration Webspace, and ** their availability on the mobile application.


In addition to this list, certain options are only available in the Client (for example, choice of columns when printing a list of students).
