  • Process a request (maintenance work, secretarial tasks, IT maintenance)

In order to process a request, you must have the corresponding authorization. In addition, the task must have been assigned to you personally.
  1. Go to the display My data > Missions.



  2. Expand the drop-down menu in the tab Missions then select one of the three types of mission (Maintenance work, Secretarial task, IT maintenance).



  3. To display only the tasks to be processed, tick the box Only my tasks to be performed.



  4. Select the request to be processed, then click on the button Process a request: a window is displayed.



  5. Enter at least the date on which the request was completed, then click on Validate - you can also add a comment in this window.



  6. From the list of requests, specify the duration of the intervention.
