  • Create a request (maintenance work, secretarial tasks, IT maintenance)

Missions (work requests, secretarial tasks, IT maintenance) are managed in the tab My Data in your Webspace. You can use it to report any malfunctions encountered at the institution, or any other request relating to its infrastructure and equipment. If the administrator has configured your authorization profile accordingly, you can also process certain requests.
  1. Go to the display My data > Missions.



  2. Pull down the drop-down menu on the tab Missions, then select one of the three types of suggested missions (Maintenance work, Secretarial task, IT maintenance).



  3. Click on the button Create a request: a window appears.



  4. In the drop-down menu Nature, select a category (this will make it easier for the people concerned to find a type of task in the list).


    It is possible to modify the list of categories in this menu. To do so, please contact your administrator, or a user in Administrative mode.
  5. Enter your request in a few words; if necessary, you can also add an attachment to clarify your request.



  6. Specify the concerned room or venue by ticking them in the corresponding window.



  7. Specify a level of urgency, or even a deadline, then click on Validate.
