  • Create an event in the agenda

The PRONOTE agenda allows staff and teachers to share events with the entire educational community. Each user only sees the events that concern him or her.

There are two types of view:
  • chronological: to display the most recent events in the form of a list,
  • weekly: to view events for the current week (or for another week, selected from the calendar next to it).
  1. Go to the tab Communication > Agenda.
  1. Click on:
    • the button New event, if you are in Chronological View,



    • the button of the day in question, if you are on Weekly View.



  2. In the pop-up window, enter a title, then fill in the content for the event.
  3. Select a category from the drop-down menu.
  4. If necessary, add an attachment by clicking on the button .
  5. Specify the date of the event, including times if applicable.
  6. If the event is recurring, click on the button Define the periodicity. In the pop-up window, define the period over which the event will recur, and according to what modalities: times, frequency, days involved.



  7. By default, the event is shared. Indicate those concerned (in addition to users of the group Administration, who can view all shared events):

    • if the event is linked to classes or groups, click on Per classes or groups. In the pop-up window, tick the relevant classes or groups, then tick the type of recipient.: Guardians, Students, Teachers, Staff or Internship counselors.

    • if the event is not linked to a class or group, click on On an individual basis. In the pop-up window, click on the three-dot buttons and tick the recipients.

    If you want the event to appear only in your agenda, un-tick the option Shared with.
  8. Click on the button Validate.
