How do you sort your discussions?
 
If there are too many discussions in your mailbox, you can delete unnecessary ones, and archive and/or file the others.
Delete the discussions
- Go to the display Communication > Discussions.
 - Select a discussion from the list, right-click on it and choose the option Move to trash.
 - To permanently delete the discussion, go to the panel Trash, right-click again on the relevant discussion, then choose Permanently delete.
 
Classify discussions
- Go to the display Communication > Discussions.
 
- By default, there are three categories for sorting your discussions; to change the color and/or title of these default categories, click on Edit the categories.
 - In the pop-up window, double-click in the columns Color, Name and Abbrev. to modify these parameters, then click on Close.
 - To allocate a category to a discussion, right-click on the discussion you wish to categorize, then choose the option Classify.
 - In the pop-up window, tick the category or categories you wish to allocate, then click on Validate.
 
Archive discussions
- Go to the display Communication > Discussions
 
- Right-click on the discussion you wish to archive, then choose the option Archive.
