Deposit a document in the digital locker
Teachers, staff and internship counselors each have a digital locker in which they can receive and deposit documents for the attention of their colleagues. Documents can also be submitted by pedagogical team, or for guardians.
- Go to Communication > Digital locker.
- Click on Distribution > Teachers, Staff and Internship counselors, or on Distribution > Guardians.
- Click on the button Deposit a document, then select the type of location (from your workstation or from your cloud).
- Select the document to be imported, then click Open (document saved on your computer) or Share (document saved on your cloud).
- In the pop-up window, select the type of document - if necessary, you can also rename the file and/or add a memo (visible to recipients).
- Add recipients - by clicking on each recipient category, a selection window appears: tick the recipients to be added, then click on Validate.
If you tick the option Deposit in the locker of any newly created staff member/teacher/guardian, you deposit the document in the locker of all the staff (or teachers, or guardians) listed in the base. If a new staff member/teacher/guardian is created during the year, the document is automatically added to his/her digital locker.
If you place a document in a pedagogical team's digital locker, the list of recipients will be updated in the same way, as soon as a new teacher or staff member is added. - If you want the document to be updated by the recipients, tick the corresponding box.
- Click on Validate: the document is instantly made available to the those concerned.
