  • Notify a future absence

If your child's institution authorizes you to do so, you can notify Student Administration of your child's absence several weeks in advance. This absence may be accepted or refused by the Student Administration office.
  1. Go to the display Student Administration > Notebook.



  2. Click on the button Notify > Notify an absence.



  3. In the pop-up window, specify the beginning, end and reason for the absence, and add any supporting document.



  4. You can also add a comment in the corresponding field.



  5. Click on the button Validate; the absence appears in the list on the right of the screen and must be validated by the Student Administration - as long as the request has not been processed, you can modify your request.
