Support PRONOTE-
Manage the digital textbook library
Institutions whose base is hosted by Index Education have direct access to digital textbooks from publishers interconnected with PRONOTE. Teachers and students can access the online content relevant to them directly from their Webspace. Please note that access to digital textbooks is not available from PRONOTE if your institution is not hosted.
Update the library
- Verify that the institution's RNE is entered in the menu Parameters > INSTITUTION > Identity.
- In the display Resources > Digital textbooks >
Digital textbooks, click on the button Update the institution's catalogue.
Allocate the textbooks
- In the display Resources > Digital textbooks > Digital textbooks, you can:
- either manually allocate the textbooks by designating the students and teachers concerned by the selected textbook (guardians and teaching assistants do not designate themselves by name; they are automatically selected on the basis of the students assigned to them) ;
- or click on the button Automatic allocation: in this case, allocation is based on SIECLE subject codes and SIECLE student training codes.
- Authorize access to digital textbooks from Webspaces by double-clicking on the icon
for each user type: the number of users assigned to the manual is displayed instead of the icon.
