Can I create a one-off course and reserve the room in which it will take place in a single operation?
Yes, you can create a one-off course by reserving its room at the same time, without going through EDT!
- Go to the display Resources > Rooms >
Multi-criteria search. - Select the relevant week using the week slider.
- In the rubric I am searching... On the left-hand side of the screen, enter the details of the course (slot duration, resources, room capacity), then click on the button Search.
By default, the selected subject is Room reservation, but you can change it by double-clicking on it. Likewise, you can change the room search field by double-clicking on At least: in the pop-up window, tick the rooms for which you wish to find an available slot. - AIn the center of the screen, a green frame appears; move the green frame to a slot beginning with white stripes (the slot in which the room and resources are available): On the right, PRONOTE displays all the rooms available for this time slot. Only rooms with a white background can be reserved by the user.
- Click on the room you wish to reserve in the list on the right of the screen, then click on the button Create the course (located at the very bottom of this list): the course appears on the timetable with the label Exceptional.
