  • I made some timetable changes in the Client EDT, but I made a mistake in the application date...

If you've inadvertently modified the timetable, applying the changes from the wrong week, you have several options (more or less practical depending on the changes you've made and the number of weeks). You can:

  • undo, then redo the operation from the annual timetable by selecting the right date from the drop-down menu;
  • transfer the modifications to the missing weeks from the tab Daily management and absences: select a week for which the changes are effective, then the modified courses, right-click and choose Duplicate the selection's courses over other weeks; In the pop-up window, tick the weeks to which the modification is to be duplicated;
  • reinitialize the weekly timetable from the menu Parameters > Daily MANAGEMENT > Placement. Caution, this command is to be used as a last resort: it overwrites all modifications made to the weekly timetable for the concerned weeks (room reservations, moving or cancelling courses, substitutions, etc.).
