Export to Parcoursup step 1: Verify the prerequisites
- a first period in February or March, after the 2nd trimester/1st semester class committee meeting, with the export of 11th grade students' results for the first two trimesters/1st semester,
- a second period in June, with the export of 10th grade students' results.
For each of these periods, you follow the same procedure, from step 1 to step 5. This also allows you to prepare your data before exporting to LSL.
Step 1: Verify the prerequisites
Verification of SIECLE subject code
Go to the display Resources > Subjects > List.
If the subjects do not have a SIECLE code, activate the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Update of the codifications then recover the file ExportXML_Nomenclature.zip.
Verification of class levels and sectors
Go to the display Resources > Classes > List.
If required, select the classes, right-click and launch the command Modify the selection > Level/Sector. The students will by default have the sector of their class and their assessment will automatically be configured accordingly.
Verification of grading services of the classes
Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
For each class, verify:
- that there are two separate services for a language taught as FL1 and FL2, even if in reality the students have courses together: if this is the case, create two services.
- that NLD grading services are specified as such: if so, double-click in the column EM (Election modality) and select NLD in the pop-up window.
Verification of the students' SIECLE or INE identifiers
Go to the display Results > To Parcoursup > Summary of the assessments exported to Parcoursup.
If students do not have a SIECLE identifier, activate the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the usernames of the students and guardians then recover the file ExportXML_ElevesAvecOuSansAdresse.zip.
Verification of internship appraisals (vocational high schools only)
Go to the display Results > To Parcoursup > Summary of the assessments exported to Parcoursup.
In the column TPPE (PFMP), verify that the internship appraisals have been completed for students in vocational sectors.

Step 2: Facilitate the equivalence of subjects by verifying options
- Go to the display Resources > Students >
List.
- Verify the options entered in the columns Option 1, 2, 3, 4 (...): if you do not see them, click on the button
at the top right of the list to display them.
- If necessary, go to display Resources > Students >
Student folders to correct an option: select the concerned student, click on the button
in the rubric Schooling, then modify the option in the table.
Step 3: View and complete a student's assessment
- Go to the display Results > To Parcoursup >
Assessment per student.
- If necessary, modify the student sector by clicking on the button Modify the sector.
- If necessary, modify the subjects without equivalence (displayed in red): double-click on them, then tick the corresponding service in the pop-up window - services without equivalence are also displayed in red.
To avoid repeating the operation for each student, tick the option Of the class [name of the class] or Of the sector [name of the sector] before validating: the association established in the window then applies to all students in the selected sector or service. - If the classes for which you are processing data are 11th grade classes, the teachers will normally have entered an assessment in the column Ability to succeed of the display Results > To Parcoursup >
Entry in the For Your Future form per subject. You can modify this data if necessary.
In accordance with Parcoursup guidelines, from 2025 onwards, if the elements of the For Your Future form are not filled in by teachers, they will remain empty for export.
Step 4: Verify that the assessments can be exported
- Go to the display Results > To Parcoursup >
Summary of the assessments exported to Parcoursup.
- Consult the column Parcoursup > Exportable:
- a green arrow
indicates that all prerequisites have been met - the student's assessment will be exported,
- a red arrow
indicates that certain blocking prerequisites have not been met - position the cursor over the arrow to view in the tooltip which ones they are.
- a green arrow
- The column Incomplete subjects allows you to identify the missing elements that are not compulsory (grades, appraisals, etc.). Position the cursor on the number to display the tooltip.
Step 5: Launch the data export
- Launch the export via the command Imports/Exports > PARCOURSUP > Export the data to Parcoursup.
- Go to the tab corresponding to your step: For the 11th grade or For the 10th grade.
- In the pop-up window, under Classes, click on the button
to choose which classes to export.
- Select a type of export - to ensure the confidentiality of your data, the option To ParcourSup is recommended.
- Click on the button Export:
- if you have chosen the option To ParcourSup, follow the procedure in the pop-up window.
- if you have chosen the option To a directory, import the file generated from PRONOTE.
