  • Export to LSU, step 2: Verify that data can be exported

Step No. 1: Verify the LSU positioning type for each class

LSU accepts only one evaluation system per class: With grades or On a scale of 1 to 4 or By learning objectives. The positioning type must be the same in LSU and PRONOTE. To modify a positioning type in PRONOTE, you must be a user in the group Administration.
  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes >  Services per class.
  2. If you do not see the column Pos. LSU in the class list on the left, click on the button  at the top right of the list to display it.
  3. If necessary, change the positioning type of some classes: select classes with the same positioning type, right-click and select Modify the selection > Positioning > With grades/On a scale of 1 to 4/By learning objectives.
If a class contains both services with grades and services without grades, before exporting to LSU, you can calculate LSU grades for services without grades and enter positionings for services with grades. In this way, regardless of the type of positioning chosen, all the services of a mixed class can be exported.

Step 2: Verify that data can be exported

At the end of each period, you export the report cards with student data. Some of this data must be included in the export - if it is missing, the export is blocked:
  • SIECLE identifier,
  • for each subject: the SIECLE identifier + the teacher + a grade or a positioning (depending on the LSU positioning of the class) + an appraisal,
  • the number of justified and unjustified absences + the number of tardiness,
  • the date of the class committee meeting,
  • the class committee's appraisal.
The worked on program elements for each subject, the educational programs, the ITP themes and their appraisals, the specific methods of accompaniment and the administrative data linked to the student and guardian must also be uploaded to LSU, but are not blocking.

To export report cards to LSU, you must be a user of the group Administrator.
  1. Go to the display Report cards > To LSU > Summary of the assessments exported to LSU.
  2. Consult the column LSU to find out whether student data can be exported:
    • if no data is missing, the export will be complete,
    • export is possible, but some data is missing,
    •  export is possible for some services only,
    • export impossible; blocking data missing.
If the export is not possible, or incomplete, move the mouse over the arrow icon to see what data is missing in the tooltip.

Step 3: Launch data export

  1. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > LSU > Export the periodic assessments to LSU.
  2. In the pop-up window, select the grading periods and classes to be exported by clicking on the buttons .
