Detection of disengagement and initiate follow-up
 
Detect a disengagement
- Go to the display Results > Scholastic disengagement > 
 Detection of disengagement. - Select a period from the list or the concerned class(es).
 - PRONOTE displays for each indicator:
- Below the 1st threshold: the number of students affected by at least one drop in average, an absence, an incident, etc.,
 - Threshold for level 1 alert: the number of students who have exceeded the threshold of level 1 Alert,
 - Threshold for level 2 alert: the number of students who have exceeded the threshold of level 2 Alert,
 
 - To display the list of students, select the cells, one by one (with the key Ctrl pressed) or by row/column by clicking on the title.
 - To find the students who have exceeded the most thresholds (all indicators combined), sort the list by clicking at the top of the column Synthesis of disengagement.
 
Trigger a follow-up
Triggering a follow-up enables you to see all the indicators month by month on the same interface, and to share with the pedagogical team/parents all the actions implemented to combat disengagement.
- Go to the display Results > Scholastic disengagement > 
 Detection of disengagement. - Display the list of students exceeding the thresholds.
 - Double-click in the column 
 to trigger the follow-up. - Go to the display Results > Scholastic disengagement > 
 Disengagement follow-up: the follow-up has been created automatically.
You can also create follow-ups directly from the display Results > Scholastic disengagement >
 Disengagement follow-up. - Select the follow-up from the list on the left: indicators and Student Administration memos are displayed on the right.
 - You can:
- by clicking on the button 
 on the follow-up line: start a discussion, add an attachment, mention other communication, etc. - enter follow-up comments in the right-hand pane.
 
 - by clicking on the button 
 - To close a follow-up, right-click and choose Discontinue the follow-up.
