  • Detection of disengagement - Step 1: Define trigger thresholds

Dedicated tools enable you to identify disengagements according to your own criteria and set up a special follow-up program.
  1. Go to the display Results > Scholastic disengagement > Detection of disengagement.
  2. Click on the button to configure the indicators to be taken into account: in the pop-up window, tick/un-tick the indicators.

  3. Click on an indicator designation to define thresholds for level 1 and level 2 alerts:

    • Results: number of points lost (overall average) between two periods (if applicable, removing subjects to be disregarded),
    • Student avrg./ETM avrg.: variation in the student's average compared with the average for students at the same level (if applicable, removing subjects to be disregarded),
    • Failure rate (Evaluations): percentage of evaluations with an insufficient Proficiency level,
    • Absence: number of half-days absent per month,
    • Tardiness: amount of tardiness per month,
    • Discipline: number of punishments/sanctions per month (removing any types of punishment/sanction to be disregarded),
    • Behavior: number of incidents per month,
