TurboSelf

Institutions that have chosen the hosted mode can enable users to connect from PRONOTE to their TurboSelf customer area without having to authenticate a second time, and set up an automatic data exchange. Users access their TurboSelf client area via a link published in the Useful links section on their PRONOTE home page.

An interconnection between TurboSelf and PRONOTE enables the two databases to be synchronized. This allows:

export rights of passage from TurboSelf to PRONOTE (automatic at 0:30 a.m.);
import students who are absent from PRONOTE into TurboSelf for cancelation (automatic before each meal);
export mealtime absences from TurboSelf to PRONOTE (automatic after each meal).

To do this, interested institutions must first make a request to TurboSelf to activate the PRONOTE module dedicated to the PRONOTE - TurboSelf interconnection.

Give users direct access to their TurboSelf client area

Go to the display Communication > Partners > Partners linked to catering.
Select TurboSelf in the list on the left.
On the right of the screen, click on the button Import the identifiers.
Indicate the *.xml file exported from TurboSelf.
In the tab Reconciliation of the identities, verify that reconciliation has been carried out for all users: if necessary, double-click in a cell to manually match the PRONOTE user with his TurboSelf identifier.
In the tab Interconnection, tick Activate the authentication delegation.
Enter the designation of the link and tooltip to be displayed on users' home pages.
Un-tick any unconcerned user (teachers/guardians/students/staff).

Automatically exchange information with TurboSelf

There are three types of information exchange between TurboSelf and PRONOTE:

from TurboSelf to PRONOTE: automatic recovery (every night at 0.30am) in PRONOTE of rights of passage (days when the student has lunch/dinner in the cafeteria);
from TurboSelf to TURBOSELF: automatic recovery (before each meal) in TURBOSELF of absent students (internship, Student Administration absence, etc.) for cancelation;
from TurboSelf to PRONOTE: automatic recovery (after each meal) in PRONOTE of cafeteria absences.

Go to the display Communication > Partners > Partners linked to catering.
Select TurboSelf in the list on the left.
On the right, tick Activate the exchanges linked to catering.
Click on the button Export the security key, then load the security key exported via the PRONOTE module of TurboSelf (for more information, contact TurboSelf).
