An interconnection between Arc-en-Self (AES) and PRONOTE enables the two bases to be synchronized. These exchanges of school catering data between the bursar's office and the Student Administration result in:
- Transmission by AES of the catering days for which an individual is registered - AES transmits to PRONOTE the list of catering days for each individual;
- PRONOTE transmits an attendance forecast to the school catering service - PRONOTE transmits the list of absent students to AES before the meal; absent students are then canceled in AES in order to block their rights of passage for the cafeteria;
- The transmission by AES of absences recorded during the catering service - AES sends PRONOTE the list of students absent from the half-board.
