Support PRONOTE-
ARD GEC
Institutions whose database is hosted by Index Education can interconnect PRONOTE and the financial management portal GEC On Line to set up automatic data exchange between the bursar's office and Student Administration: taking into account meal days, exchanging catering absences, etc. Users can access their GEC On Line account without having to authenticate again; they can view their GEC On Line catering information on their PRONOTE home page (wallet balance, latest transactions, etc.).
To do this, interested institutions must first make a request to ARD to activate the PRONOTE module dedicated to the PRONOTE - ARD GEC interconnection. On the PRONOTE side, users access their GEC On Line client area via a link published in the Useful links section on their PRONOTE home page.

- Go to the display Communication > Partners >
Partners linked to catering. - Select ARD in the list on the left.
- In the panel Interconnection click on the button Import the identifiers.
- Indicate the *.xml file exported from ARD.
- In the panel Reconciliation of the identities, verify that reconciliation has been carried out for all users: if necessary, double-click in a cell to manually reconcile the PRONOTE user with its GEC On Line identifier.
- In the panel Interconnection, tick Activate the authentication delegation.
- Enter the designation of the link and tooltip to be displayed on users' home pages.
- Un-tick any unconcerned user (teachers/students/guardians/staff).
