  • The Client PRONOTE is also available in a 32-bit version. What's the difference with the 64-bit version?

Only older computer models run in 32-bit mode. To find out if your computer is affected, check the specifications of your operating system:
  1. Open your file explorer using the keys Ctrl + E on your keyboard.
  2.  In the browser window, right-click on This PC.
  3. In the drop-down list, click on Properties. 
If the Client is installed on a shared disk accessible to all users, it's best to install the 32-bit version, to ensure that everyone can use it.
