  I'm in charge of hosting and I'm leaving my institution at the start of the new school year. How can I plan ahead?

The hosting manager plays a very important role. If this role isn't passed on properly, the person who replaces you at the start of the new school year could find it difficult to connect to the PRONOTE base.

To avoid any undesirable situation, contact your replacement as soon as possible and fill in the following form together:

If you don't know the identity of your replacement during the summer, you can also transfer your responsibility to a member of your management team who will remain in the same position in September (for example, your Vice Principal if you are a Principal). If he/she doesn't want to take on this role for a whole year, he or she can always transfer the responsibility back to the new Principal... once the rush of the new school year is over.
