  • I've just subscribed to hosting, how do I connect to the console?

If you are accessing the Hosting Console for the first time, please enter the login details you have been given.

  1. Enter the hosting number sent to you by e-mail.
  2. Enter the hosting console password sent to you by SMS.
  3. Then click on Connect to the hosting console.
  4. Your first connection requires a certificate to be installed on your workstation. To do this, enter the invoice number sent to you by e-mail, then click on Install the certificate.



  5. When you are connected to the console, you are asked to enter your first and last names and to create your username and password: these are the username and password of the first database superadministrator and enable you to connect to the Client PRONOTE.
