  • I don't run on Windows. How can I access the console from a macOS or Linux operating system?

To connect to the hosting console from a Mac or Linux workstation, you must first install a certificate.

  1. On the console home page, click on I have not yet downloaded my certificate.



  2. Enter your hosting number (sent by e-mail) as your username and your password (sent by SMS).



    If you lose this information, you can request it again from a Client connected to the base, using the command Hosting > Receive my hosting logins.
  3. Enter the number of your last invoice (received by e-mail) and click on the button I download my certificate.



  4. Copy the password required for installation and follow the certificate installation procedure.



  5. Once the certificate has been installed, close all your browser windows and reconnect to the hosting console.
