  • How do I import manually from SIECLE (without Netsynchro)?

  1. In SIECLE, activate Application SIECLE > Accès à la base élèves (Access to student base).
    .
  2. In the menu Exportations, click on En (In) XML and save the following 7*.xml files:
    • Nomenclature
    • Établissements (Institutions)
    • Geographic
    • Structures
    • Students with address
    • Guardians with address
    • Common exports
  3. In PRONOTE, launch the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data.
  4. In the pop-up window, specify the data you wish to recover: click on the button at top right to see all the update options. In addition to student and guardians contact information, you can also recover:
    • the election modalities with options (students' active studies);
    • the MEF (ETM) of the classes and their services if you tick the corresponding option.
  5. In the frame Choice of import method, select From the SIECLE export, then click on the button .



  6. In the new window that appears, select the files generated from SIECLE and click on the button Validate the selection: a summary of the data contained in the files is displayed in a table on the right.



  7. Click on the button Validate: to return to the previous window. Click on Import.
