Activate boarding school management

Place students in dormitories

Go to the display Absences > Boarding school > Dormitories and rooms.
Click on Create a new dormitory or room, then select the option Dormatory or Room.
Enter a desination and validate by pressing the key Enter on your keyboard.
Enter the dormitory/room capacity.

You can first create dormitories, then add rooms by clicking on the button to the left of the dormitory name; in this case, you add students to the rooms and enter the room capacity, not the dormitory capacity.
Click on Add the students, then tick the concerned students in the pop-up window; PRONOTE notifies you when the maximum room/dormitory capacity has been reached.

Only students with the boarding school regime appear in the window; if necessary, modify the student's regime.
