Who has access to the rosters in PRONOTE?
The rosters contain photos of students, teachers and staff. They can be consulted by staff and teachers from the Client and/or from the Webspaces.
To allow or prohibit teachers from viewing the rosters, go to display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles, rubric Roster.
To allow or prohibit teachers from viewing the rosters, go to display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles, rubric Roster.
To prohibit or authorize staff logged on in Student Administration mode from consulting rosters, go to the display Resources > Staff >
Authorization profiles, rubric Roster.
To prohibit or authorize staff logged on in Administrative Mode (all groups except ADMIN) from consulting the rosters, go to File > User administration, rubric Students > View the photo and the roster.
Authorization to consult the rosters cannot be withdrawn from the staff logged on in Administrative Mode of the group ADMIN; it cannot be withdrawn from staff logged on in Administrative Mode of other groups for the teacher or staff roster.
