Can we recover last year's photos while we wait for the photographer?

You can recover last year's photos and allocate them from the menu Imports/Exports > PHOTOS > Import the students'/teachers'/staff's photos.

In hosted mode, select a base from the list after selecting the option Choose among the hosted bases of the previous years.

In non-hosted mode, select the option Choose an incoming year preparation file generated locally, then recover the photos from the incoming year preparation file saved on your computer (file named after the previous year's database, followed by _PreparerLAnneeSuivante.zip).
