  • How to manage a student's change of class during the year

Designate the student's new class and its groups from the display Resources > Students >   List:
  1. Double-click in the column Class: a window Selection of classes appears.
  2. Select the new class, click on Validate: a window Changing classes for a student appears.

  3. Tick the groups to which the student must belong.



  4. Apply the group change:
    • over the full academic year, if no grades or evaluations have been entered for the student: the student's data will be treated as if he or she had never belonged to his/her initial class.
    • from a date to be specified: the student's history is retained.

  5. Click on Validate.
