Import/update data from SIECLE
By initializing the PRONOTE base with EDT data, you recover - if they exist in EDT - the students, their guardians and their assignment to classes and groups. If you use a common base after the start of the academic year, you can update the SIECLE data from either EDT or PRONOTE. If you're using two bases, it's best to update from EDT: you'll be able to recover the changes in PRONOTE along with the other data.
- Activate the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data: a window appears.
- Select the wanted import options.
- Select an import method - if possible, import via NetSynchro - then click on Import.
You can use NetSynchro even if you don't have a certificate: a simple authentication via your academy's (Regional Education Authority's) portal will give you access to this secure service.
