How can I easily spot the beaded absences?
You can spot peculiar absences in the displays Absences > Dashboard > 
Today's dashboard and Absences > Summary per student > 
Summary of absences, tardiness and visits to the infirmary.
Dashboard
Select a cell Absences in the table; a black bead icon appears in the column Beaded.
Summaries
Select the information to be displayed by ticking the corresponding options on the right of the display; to display only beaded absences, tick Only display the unjustified absences > Only the beaded absences.
For beaded absences to be visible, the student must have been recorded as "present" during the day by at least one teacher; for the teacher's roll call to be valid, he or she must have ticked the box Roll call completed.
