How does the guidance counselor's "PEC" dashboard work?
The dashboard is a display dedicated to staff who need to have at any time an overview of absences, presences and other ongoing events in the institution.
- Go to the display Absences > Dashboard >
Today's dashboard. - By default, you see the current day; you can select another date if needed.
- PRONOTE displays the absences, delays, suspensions, etc., of all students, time slot by time slot. To reduce the selection to certain classes and/or regimes (for example, only display half-boarders), click on the buttons
at the top of the display. - To display the details of a cell, click on it: the list of concerned students appears below.
- Depending on the context, you can, by right-clicking on a student:
- to summon him/her to Student Administration,
- publish an SMS or a document,
- to give a punishment and manage its programming,
- manage absences and delays (motives, SA...), etc.
To quickly find the data of a specific student in the dashboard, enter their name in the search bar at the top of the table.
