How do absence/tardiness reminder letters work?
By associating a default letter with absence motives, you can automate the mass mailing of requests for a justification (for example, with the letters Absence 1st mailing/Tardiness 1st mailing defined by default).
In the same way, you can automate the mailing of reminder letters:
- Go to the display Communication > Mail and documents > Templates.
- In the list on the left, select Absence 1st mailing, then double-click in box 8d.
- If necessary, change the delay between the 1st mail and the reminder mail in the pop-up window, then select the mail to be associated.
- Follow the same procedure for the 2nd reminder letter.
As soon as it is sent, the first letter is automatically replaced by the following letter; in the column Due date, the next mail sending date is defined by the delay entered in the display Communication > Mail and documents > Templates. If necessary, you can change the due date by double-clicking on it.

To view previously sent mail, double-click in the column Follow-up.
