  Why allocate a template or SMS template to absence/tardiness motives as early as the initial configuration?

The allocation of templates/SMS templates in the window Parameters > Absences and roll calls > Absence motives /Tardiness motives is not mandatory, but it saves you time: when you enter an absence/tardiness, the mail to be sent is automatically entered in the corresponding column.
