How do I enter observations, encouragement or book without notebook in the student's liaison notebook?

Enter an observation or an encouragement

Go to the display Daily management > Entry > Entry of notebook.
Select a class or group from the drop-down menus, then the concerned student from the list.
Click on Enter a new observation/Enter a new encouragement.
In the pop-up window, enter your job title and name, then write your observation/encouragement.
By default, the element is published in the Parent and Student Webspaces: if you do not want it to be published, un-tick the box before validating.

Go to the display Daily management > Entry > Entry of notebook.
Select a class or group from the drop-down menus, then the concerned student from the list.
Click on Enter a new without notebook/card then select Create today: the without a notebook is added to the list.
By default, the element is published in the Parent and Student Webspaces: if you do not want it to be published, un-tick the box by clicking in the column .
