How do I send a reminder to teachers who haven't taken the roll?
- Go to the display Absences > Entry >
Summary of courses without roll calls.
- Select a period using the week bar or the drop-down menus located at the top right of the screen.
- You can also filter the list by the criteria of your choice.
- Click on the envelope icon: a window appears.
- Select a type of output, then a type of document from the list.
- Preview your dispatch by clicking on the button Preview.
- Click on the button Print (or Generate or Print/E-mail - depending on the type of output selected).
To send a message to several staff members and/or teachers at the same time, select those concerned from the list, then click on the button
located under the menu bar at the top of the screen.
