Cancel a course and put the students in Study Hall from PRONOTE
You can cancel a course and put the students directly in Study Hall from PRONOTE. To do this, you need to be connected in Administrative Mode and belong to the Administration group.
- Go to the timetable of a class, group or teacher.
- Right-click on the concerned slot, then select Cancel > Cancel this class meeting.
- The course appears with the mention Canceled course; select it again, right-click and choose Modify > Place in "Study Hall/Library".
- In the display Absence > Entry > Roll call sheets for the Study Hall and staff, a Study Hall course has automatically been created; it can be viewed by selecting All the Study Halls in the drop-down menu.
You can assign the supervision of this Study Hall to specific staff member from the Client EDT, by adding it to the form of the concerned Study Hall.
