Summoning a student to the infirmary or to Student Administration
- Go to the display Absences > Convocations >
List of the convocations.
- Click on Create a convocation: a window appears.
- In this window, select the student(s) concerned by clicking on the button
.
- Select the type of convocation to create from the drop-down menu (to Student Administration/to the infirmary).
- Specify the day and time of the convocation.
- Select a motive from the second drop-down menu.
- By default, your name is selected in the field Responsible administrator (column Applicant): you can change this configuration by double-clicking in this field.
- If necessary, add a comment in the appropriate field, then validate.
You can also enter a summons from the PEC dashboard. Select a slot in the table, then a student in the list below: right-click and choose Convocations > Student Administration convocation.
