  I would like to send a template "Abs. meals" but it is not proposed in the selection window.

If the template Abs. meals is not displayed, it may be that you have entered the student's absence without entering a meal absence. To enter a meal absence, click on the cutlery icon at the bottom of the day in question: the icon is then displayed with the mention Abs. Also check that the category Abs. meals has been allocated to the concerned template in the display Communication > Mail and Documents >  Templates.
