  How to indicate a student's presence in the institution when the rest of the class is absent

Some students may be required to stay at the institution while the rest of their class is absent (on a school outing, or during the internship period - in the case of special needs students (ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A) for example).

This operation is carried out in EDT: you enter a class absence from the display Daily management and absences > Classes > Entry of absences. Then, in the list of absences that appears below the grid, you remove students who are not involved in the school outing by double-clicking in the column Public.
