Consult the day's dashboard
The dashboard is a display dedicated to staff who need to have an overview of absences, attendance and other events in progress in the institution at any time.
- Go to the display Absences > Dashboard >
Today's dashboard. - By default, the current day is displayed; you can select another date if you wish.
- PRONOTE displays the absences, tardiness, exclusions, etc., of all students, time slot by time slot. To restrict the selection to certain classes and/or regimes (display only half-boarders, for example), click on the buttons
at the top of the display. - To display the details of a cell, click on it: the list of students is displayed below.
- Depending on the context, you can right-click on a student:
- summon him/her to Student Administration,
- mass mail a SMS or standard document,
- giving a punishment and manage its scheduling,
- manage absences and tardiness (motive, SA...), etc.
To quickly find data on a specific student in the dashboard, enter the student's name in the search bar at the top of the dashboard.
