How do you indicate that an absentee student's average is unrepresentative?
You can indicate that an average is not representative in PRONOTE - only services potentially evaluated in continuous assessment in 10th and 11th grade are concerned.
Step 1: Activate the non-representative average display
- Go to the menu Parameters > Evaluation > Grading.
- In the rubric Averages of the subjects counting for the continuous assessment of the Baccalaureate, tick Allows teachers of the 10th and 11th grade to indicate that a periodic average is not representative.
- Indicate whether you wish to display N-R in addition to or instead of the representative average.
Step 2: Contact the concerned students
Once the teacher has entered the non-representative averages, you can extract the students concerned.
- Go to the display Results > Classes >
Average table.
- Select one or more classes.
- For the period, select Year (Two semesters) or Year (Three trimesters).
- Click in the column No. N-R. to sort and quickly view the concerned students.
A column N-R has also been added to the summaries. - To send a letter or information to the concerned students, select them, right-click and launch the command Extract the selected students.
