  • How do I edit a student's absence summary?

Absence summaries can be produced for individual students, or for an entire class/level.

Edit the summary of a student's absences

  1. Go to the display Absences > Summaries per student >  List of absences and tardiness per student.
  2. Select the class/student in the list on the left.
  3. Highlight the concerned weeks on the slider and/or define a period in the top right-hand corner.


  4. Select the absences to be taken into account from the drop-down menu and specify how the half-days are to be counted.



    Depending on what has been defined ins Parameters > ABSENCES AND ROLL CALLS > Options, the Half-day reports correspond to gross 1/2 days or calculated 1/2 days.
  5. The summary can be printed, e-mailed or edited as a PDF file. To do so, click on the button  in the toolbar.

Edit a summary of absences per class or level

  1. Go to the display Absences > Summaries per student > Summary of absences, tardiness and visits to the infirmary.
  2. Highlight the concerned weeks on the slider and/or define a period in the top right-hand corner.


  3. Click on the button and only tick the wanted class or level.



  4. On the left, configure the absences to be taken into account.



  5. Double-click on a class to display details per student below.



  6. The summary can be printed, e-mailed or edited as a PDF file. To do so, click on the button  in the toolbar.
