A staff member is unable to access the roll call sheet for a Study Hall, even though he/she is authorized to do so. Why is this?

By default, a staff member can only access the roll call sheets of the Study Hall courses to which he/she has been added (by clicking on + Staff in the course form). In order for him/her to access all Study Hall sheets, regardless of whether or not he/she has been added to the course, you must tick the option Entry for all the Study Halls in his/her authorization profile.
