Some students are missing from the roll call sheet for certain courses. How can I add them?
If students are missing for a group course: the roll call sheet shows the composition of groups as defined for the current week in the display Resources > Groups >
List.

By default, teachers can only modify the composition of variable population groups; you can lift this restriction in the display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles, rubric Students, and allow them to modify all the groups, so that roll call sheet lists are always up to date.

If students are missing for a course in a full class: verify that the student is in the class, and verify entry and departure dates if necessary.

If students with special educational needs are missing: these students must be detached from their class in EDT so that they can appear on roll call sheets when they have to attend classes other than those of their class.
