Navigate in the software
PRONOTE includes over 280 displays, all of which can be accessed with a maximum of 3 clicks. These displays are sorted by tab, which in turn are classified by module.
Navigate from one display to another
- To navigate from one display to another, first click on a module (for example, Resources), then on a tab (for example, Teachers), then on the icon of the wanted display (for example
Authorization profiles).
- If you're not familiar with these icons, right-click on the title of the tab: the display names appear in a list. Click in the list to access a display.
- You can also bring up the names of displays by hovering your mouse over their icons.
Customize the interface
- To customize your interface and display only the modules and tabs you use regularly, in the upper-right corner of the screen, click on the button Customize, then choose Switch to customization mode.
- Un-tick the screens you don't need (by module, tab, or display).
- At the top of the yellow frame, then click on the button Quit.
Note
You can also customize your interface to display as a list. To do so, choose the menu Manage the customization in list view.
- After that, you can:
- return to the full display: click the button Customized, then choose View all the displays;
- restore your custom display: click the on button All visible, then choose Only show my customized displays;
- modify your custom display again: click on the button Customized/All visible, then choose Switch to customization mode.
