Can I export my timetable to my personal digital agenda?
The iCal files (*.ics) generated by PRONOTE can be opened by most personal agendas and applications. Please note, however, that it will not be updated automatically.
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > ICAL > Export in an iCal format.
- In the pop-up window, select Staff from the drop-down menu.
- Tick the option A *.ics document per resource (without this, you will recover the timetables of all staff in the same file).
- Tick the data and weeks to be imported, then click on Generate.
- In the pop-up window, click on Validate (without entering a file name).
- Go to C:\ProgramData\IndexEducation\PRONOTE\CLIENT\VERSION 202X-0\FR\ical, then click and drag the .ics file onto your agenda.
