Define the mock-up of the gradebook
The gradebook automatically compiles the grades entered for tests, with or without appraisals. It can be published on the Webspaces and printed.
Allow the homeroom teachers to manage the gradebooks
Only homeroom teachers can modify the mock-up, and only the gradebook mock-up assigned to their class.
- Go to the display Resources > Teaches >
Authorizations profiles. - From the list on the left, select the concerned profile.
- In the category Gradebooks/Report cards/ periodic assessments of competencies/Grade School Certificate forms/school transcripts, tick View, Modify the gradebook mock-up and Print.
Prepare the mockups
- Go to the display Grades > Gradebook >
Specification of the mock-up. - From the list on the left, select a mock-up. If necessary, create a new one.

The order of the subjects and any groupings under common designations are the same as for the report card and are defined in the display Report cards > Mock-ups >
Customization of subjects per class. - In the tabs on the right, tick the elements you want to include on the gradebooks. Verify the results in the preview.
Note
You can configure the gradebook mock-up to display the student's rank in addition to the average: in the frame Averages of the tests of the tab Body of the gradebook, tick the option Student's proficiency level for all the services.
